Annette Sanders is a talented singer, songwriter, and speaker. Annette was born in Roane County, West Virginia, and raised in Gallia County, Ohio. Growing up, her grandmother was instrumental in her relationship with Christ by teaching her about Jesus, and regularly taking her to church and Sunday school. At the early age of 13, Annette came to know Jesus as her Savior.

Annette always had a passion for music and ministry. She has been involved in many ministries throughout her Christian life from missionary work and singing to preaching and teaching. Annette had the opportunity to share God's Word on a radio broadcast called the “Good News Broadcast” for almost 20 years. For three years she traveled around the tri-state area singing the Gospel as a member of the all-female quartet, The Faithful Followers. It was in this band, that Annette wrote her first song, and gained the confidence to take up songwriting.

Annette Sanders is a 2002 graduate of Ohio Christian University with an associate degree in Missions & Religious Arts. Annette, her husband, and their three children have traveled to Uganda, East Africa for missionary work. During the mission trip, Annette was thrilled to spend her time teaching the Bible at the international high school. Unfortunately, her time in Uganda was cut short after only 8 months due to health concerns and illness. Following her return home, she was diagnosed with clinical depression and anxiety. Annette has spent 20 years of her life suffering from this debilitating disease, but God gave her a miraculous story of healing. Through this season of healing, God called Annette to write more music.

In 2019, Annette attended The Gloria Gaither Songwriters Intensive to continue to work on her craft. In 2020, she attended the Write About Jesus conference, where a song she co-wrote won 3rd place in their songwriting competition. Annette's song “She Carried The Gospel” was the runner-up in a songwriting competition sponsored by Les Butler. After completing the Songwriters Social Course in February 2022,  she felt that God began to speak to her about recording music and becoming an artist.

"My heart is that my music will open doors to share the miracle of Jesus in my life with others. "
